Together with E.A. Varfolomeeva, L.N. Mironova and M.M. Dorofeeva analyzed data on the component composition, biological activity and medicinal properties of 16 species of the genus Iris growing in Russia, and on their use in folk medicine. The journal “Plant Resources” published a review, the result of many years of studying irises in nature and in the collections of two botanical gardens, as well as an extensive study of the literature concerning the component composition and medicinal properties of plants.
