The book “Iris L. (Iridaceae Juss.) in the Russia” is out of print

21 October 2020 Many thanks to everyone who took part in the action - a book as a gift. The general characteristic of all species of the genus Iris L. (Iridaceae) of flora of Russia is given (232 p.). The complex of biological, en of biological, environmental and population information is described. Issues of introduction and protection of rare species in different regions of Russia are considered. For the first time, a detailed description and photographs of all the seeds of irises growing in Russia are given. The book is designed for botanists, amateurs of irises, conservationists. Publication materials can be used just as writing Flora of Russia.
