A new cultivar of Iris sibirica "Zenit's Century"

25 May 2025 A new cultivar of Siberian iris Iris sibirica "Zenit’s Century" has been sent for registration. We wanted to name it in honor of our legendary football player Andrei Arshavin, but he did not agree. According to the rules for registering a new variety, the backup name was in honor of our famous football club "FC Zenit". The club's 100th anniversary helped us decide on the name. The variety has shades of blue-white-blue and soft purple tones, and blooms profusely in June.
